Olga’s Story

Like any skilled business woman, the foundation of success begins with strong mentorship. Lucky for Olga Brandeis, founder of Brand Capital, Inc., her mentors also happened to be her mom and dad.

An immigrant from El Salvador, Olga’s mother knows a thing or two about finding opportunity and cut her teeth in real estate. Likewise, Olga’s dad, an immigrant from the Czech Republic, instilled a hard work ethic and sharp number sense in Olga — qualities that help her excel in this business.

Olga was there when her mother, an aspiring realtor at the time, purchased her first investment property and was by her side for every contract negotiation — learning the ins and outs of a business that did so much to help Olga and her family build their own home and flourish in their community.

Olga went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Cal State Northridge and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. During these formative years, Olga earned her California Real Estate Broker License and was recruited not long after by a Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) lender. Since then, Olga excelled at reputable commercial mortgage brokerage firms in Los Angeles, CA.

The diverse range of experience affords Olga the opportunity to continue to curate lender relationships, employ contractual expertise and deal-make across the commercial real estate marketplace.

“I remember when I reached out to my very first lender to make a deal, and I was in awe of how a building could supply affordable housing to so many people,” says Olga.

Just as her immigrant parents came to the United States to build community, Olga’s passion lives in passing on this legacy with every closing.
